issues

i'm really frustrated right now. i'm going on vacation for a week with my family (next week actually) and for THAT i cannot wait. i'm totally excited and i'm completely looking forward to spending time with them and getting away.

the issue i have is that i don't know what to do about my ferrets.

this is causing me a great deal of stress.

Guess what, fool? I have years of ferret experience and for only twelve dollars a day, I will visit your fuzzies and feed them and depoop their litter box. Stop being cheap.

yea thats specifically WHY you're not in the running. it'd be great if you would do it. but asking a friend to pay is pretty much shit.

Wow, OK. I guess you haven't taken into consideration that I live far from you and gas is pricey. Maybe you could have said earlier that you didn't want to pay me? Lack of communication is shit.

If you were doing it for me and wanted a reasonable fare, I would pay you, as I have paid people in the past to feed my boys.

the thing is, as a friend, i wouldn't ever ask you to pay me.

well, i'm taking care of quietdeath's cats and byconstance and petite_tadpole's dogs next week so if your ferrets aren't like...difficult...or afraid/mean to cats and dogs they can join me in my zoo. we'll be at luguvalium's house. i'll need to check with him first

Oh I have to send up a warning flame here. See my cats are brilliant mousers and WILL tear into any rodent. Not that ferrets are not cute and lovely (like cute and fluffy bunnies that I love), my cats have no biases when it comes to capture kill and eat. So unless we could positively separate the animals (and I give my cats and J's ferrets much more credit then a typical pet owner) I am pretty sure we would not be having a happy end to any of our vacations.

ha yea, while they do mainly live in a cage, i'm not opening them up to a menagerie anyways. :) however nice your kitters may be. ;)

i thought i would at least offer if it would work. if you didn't live so damn far away we could stop by your house to check on them. then again they might need constant attention or soemthing. i don't know.
