Spinning while falling down

its like whenever i give my dad a chance again he somehow messes it up. its 815 my moms in new york and my dad has responsibility. He went to work out a hour and a half ago no call from him..finally i start cooking me something to eat and he decides to call and say hes been broken down at the gym for and hour and a half.. Maybe im overreacting..
