Its beacause then I will be done school then. end of the school year on the 6th, and maybe finals on the 28th. but my second choice is the 28th.

OK, I'm going to give the flaky hippie witch answer of stay with the 28th because of the moon cycles. According to old rituals all new ventures need to begin before the full moon or when it is waxing (waxing is when the moon is coming up to being full). Positive energy abounds when the moon is increasing in strength (the proof is in the ocean tides). Negative energy increases as a moon wanes or goes to the dark side showing.
THe only date you have before a full moon is the 28th of April. The others are as the energies of the moon recede.
New projects are always best started as the moon grows in strength.
