In my opinion, the only really stupid thing McCain has done during this election - and possibly during his entire political career - is hiring the same dickhead campaign managers that succeeded in making HIM look like an asshole in 2000

It's all a bunch of smoke and mirrors. I interned for the NH State Senate my senior year of college. To the public, both parties are at odds and put out press releases calling each other out for their voting records and their policy, but behind closed doors, a lot of them are friends. Good friends. They put on a show for us and man do we fall for it.

Everyone is so angry. Dan, how is it that the two of us are some of the least angry about politics? It just seems strange to me.

Plus, people people keep using what party I vote for as a testament to my character? PUH-LEASE! That makes me angry.

Ugh.

Where are you located now? Is getting a coffee out of the question? I can leave the hubby behind, although he feels really bad about being an arse to you way back in the day... Am I overstepping my boundaries again? Maybe, but oh well! We're in Dover...

Speaking of annoying ad campaigns...Sununu vs. Shahean (or whatever) is SO ANNOYING! I don't CARE anymore about which one of you is more of a Bush supporter, damn it!
