I think maybe in order to cure your insomnia, you need to sort everythig out. If you have friends who are just bringing you down, dump them. Only be around the people you want to be around. Experiment with acquaintances; who knows, maybe they'll become your closest friends.
Know where the line is between truth and evility. Try not to cross it unless necessary. Otherwise, you make alot of needless enemies, and you'll always wonder what would have happened if you hadn't lost them.
Don't be afraid to tell people what you really think of them, because they need to know..
