Ok, if you guys are wondering why the questions about who's still reading, and the like it's because I am in the process of overhauling my LJ. I want to make it the best it can be and my web training tells me that market research is the way to do that =)

1.) What was it about me or my journal that got you to sign on in the first place. Be honest, if it was just because you know minerva_fan let me know... but if there's another reason you stayed, let me know that too.

I was really excited that someone I knew in RL had a journal and was interested in fandoms/fannish things, even if they aren't my exact fandoms.

2.) What about other people's journals (ans specifically their Info Page) catches your attention and makes you stop take a look and freind?

I don't really know. I like it when people post interesting links, pictures, and have a sense of humor. A couple common interests doesn't hurt, either.

3.) What do you think some of the more fun ways to use an info page is?

I like info pages where people actually describe themselves and their lives; it's just helpful.

4.) What about some info pages just makes you want to stop and ask WTF? Possibly before tossing a WMD at the info page?Nothing is more annoying than a thousand "Love Is" banners, especially when they deteriorate into ( ... )

Well, after we had sex, I figured it would be rude not to friend you....

2.) What about other people's journals (ans specifically their Info Page) catches your attention and makes you stop take a look and freind?
Common interests. I also like people who have good, comprehensive Memories sections, as this allows me to take a snapshot of what kind of posts they usually create.

Fun? Um, I want the Info Page to tell me what I can expect from the journal, a little about the person who owns the LJ, and maybe links to other sites/comms the person moderates.

Possibly before tossing a WMD at the info page?I've never thought of weapons of mass destruction in reference to the Info page, but it is a thought..... I loathe people who put too much graphics on their Info page (thinking guiltily of mine....) I mean, ( ... )
