Permission to Enter
If you agree/give me permission to "precog" and "know stuff" about your character, let me know here.
1) Under no circumstances will I god-mode you.
2) You can absolutely feel free to let me know your limits with this ability.
3) If you would like to plot with Layla, by all means, tell me that too!
4) If you have an issue with this character and would prefer she know absolutely zero about your characters, you can also let me know here.
5) I will only use Layla's powers on people who contact me here.

ETA - I guess, also I should run down how I'm going to be playing Layla. I'm cutting down her precog abilities (canon explanation here) somewhat, not only because I have to, but in order to make it easier to play with everyone. So:
- Any telepaths (of any sort) or any other psionic powered being able to create mental blocks, any character with history of psionic resistance can/will be able to cancel her out *if* they wish. Just inform me if your character falls into this category.
-Her powers will not have personal effect on anyone until she speaks/meets with them. I figure over the comm she would be able to figure out things like names, powers, etc (basic information), but no full reads on people until she is in contact with them face-to-face.
-Big events, obviously, should still be possible for her to determine on her own, however this will be passed by mods/muns first.
-In terms of self-defense she can definitely still call moves before they can be made. Since this is kinda her only combat advantage what-so-ever I would like to keep that as is, if you all don't mind. :] She'll still be creepy little Layla, just not so easily able to map out everyone's whole life stories.
