Nice pictures but could he be any more dismissive and condescending about the Con itself? The whole article has a nasty "look at the phunny phreaks!" tone that is immensely off-putting.

Holy cow, I'm having psychedelic Hunt Valley hallway flashbacks. That's where Shore Leave is every year, the fan-run Trek convention that all the Trek writers go to. They just put that carpet in a few years ago, and we've been having seizures during the convention ever since.
