I wish people would just fucking let stores open on Sundays.

And, also, I would like it if government officials and op-ed writers would stop saying that Nova Scotians don't want Sunday shopping. Because the parking lots of the open grocers were full today. Besides, HRM did have a majority for Sunday shopper. The only reason it ( Read more... )

Pete's Frootique has two locations open, but it's kind of an expensive specialty shop.

If Sobey's and Super Store, who have followed Pete's example, then Pete's should also be shut down. Stupid government.

I love how they're saying anything not using the loophole as of June 1st won't be able to. I'm not entirely sure one can legally retroactively close the loop like that.
