You have a few choices on webpages.

First, you can make a geocities site (or something similar). Basically, geocities and sites like theirs provide an easy way to create a webpage. The downside is that they tend not to look all that great and have advertisements. But it is the easiest way to do it.

The second easiest way is to use a program like Frontpage, or even Word to make a webpage. Both programs are quite intuitive, and if you can type a document in Word, it's not all that much harder to make a webpage. However, you do have to host it somewhere, which isn't terribly difficult but also takes a bit of learning.

Finally, you can code your own webpage, and host it. This is the hardest option, and certainly takes the longest, but it gives you the most control over the end product.

There are plenty of websites out there that will give you precise instructions for any of these options. Or you could ask me or Karun or anyone else who is geeky enough.

Good luck!
