So, I am trapped in my room and I have 13 minutes until I have to leave. I suppose I'm not literally trapped, I can and most likely will gather my nerves and open the door as I refuse to miss my singing audition of joy and fun (plus my phone is in the lounge) but I'm scaaaared

I haven't been home since writing that update, so I'm hoping the bee is long gone now, if it was ever there to begin with! Damn bees...

My friends Gemma and Dai have written a phantom of the opera spoof (I think I sent you a copy of the first draft?) and are making a film out of it with singing, acting and dancing. The audition went well I thought! My voice didn't fail me on the relatively high notes, and my acting didn't suck. They filmed the auditions though, eek.

Did you watch Dr Who today? WTF NEXT EPISODE?!

Well i found the source of the buzzing...

I was having a shower and washing my legs when something fell out of my body-scrub and started flailing on the shower/bath floor in a 'I'Ve already taken care of G....you're NIXT!!!' sort of way. A FUCKING WASP SLEEPING IN MY BODY-SCRUB!!!! (and i don't mean the white, anglo-saxon, protestant kind)
given that i'm allergic to wasps, that FREAKED ME OUT. I kind of used the shower to push it into the drain and left it in a pile of soap suds. I'm hoping it's died of bubble-overdose.

Aaah I feel really bad as you're allergic, but I've been laughing on/off for about 5 minutes now at your plight. I blame the Kuarl-ness of the scenario. Bee: *buzzes menacingly to that tune.* How did you get out of that situation?!

I may wait til Tom has checked before showering tonight...

Yus, I noticed last night! Poor dead wasp. I thoroughly checked all of our bathroom stuff for bees/wasps/Kuarl this evening, and I think our house is safe - for noooow....
