Went to Akin's - Fontana - got some low carb stuff, since I am on Atkin's again. (last time lost 50 lbs.) Then went to see Last Samurai. Good film. And that's it for a review. i wish i liked meaty things and could lose weight on one of the high proteins. i tried south beach but i don't eat enough stuff during the first phase to be able to make it. as in, i didn't just not like it, i got SICK. :(
