It's official... I suck at making icons. I suck so bad that I can't even figure it out beyond resizing the fucking images. I asked for help, and no one will help me. So I quit. I hate making icons. They suck. I'll just keep on stealing other peoples (okay okay, with credit).

I'll stick with languages.

What's the problem?

Get an image, resize to 100x100 or less, save as a gif.

For adding text, any graphics editor should do it, just be sure to save the end result as a gif.

Animation is far trickier. I use a program called Image Magick, but that's command line and I'm sure there are better ways out there to do it.
