Second viewing of Dead Man's Chest took place on Thursday night with some of the Renwick girls, in an unbelievably warm cinema.

Though I still think it's too creepy for me, and so I don't think I'll see it... and I don't know if it's best to say this on here when we have a few mutual friends who think otherwise, but it's rather nice to read a review of the movie where Will is actually liked and not to have to read through a lot of Norry-gushing. ;)

Is it bad to admit that an icon I made still makes me grin when I see it unexpectedly? :D
Aw, hun, are you not planning on watching it? I didn't realise that...there are a couple of icky-bad parts where I just don't look =) but as far as weird creepiness goes I'd say the undead pirates have it every time. That's just me, however :)
Mutual friends? "I know exactly what you mean, love!" ;) (There is a Jack-quotation for almost every situation, hehe.) I like Norrington very very much, and defend him fiercely when he's under attack, but Will definitely deserves some love too and I am only too happy to provide it ;)

Ooooh no!!! Not at all, sweet. :D I do it all the time... sometimes even jump about in my chair a little bit. *giggles*

Hmm... well, from what I've heard about it, it sounds like it has a lot of stuff in it that would be too something for me. And my friend, Nikki, said she thought it probably would be too. And I think she has a good "Heather-meter"... so probably not. It is playing at the local driv-in theater though so there is a slight draw in that - usually when they have a decent movie playing there, there's also a higher rated stupid one after, and this time the other one is superman - not that I'm interested in it, but at least it's not a "bad" movie. But, I still probably won't see it.

Hehe, well, I'll take it any time! :) I've always been a quiet supporter of Will.... for all the reasons you've mentioned. :)

Bit of a late reply ti this I know! But I read your drabbles and thought I'd have a look see, been wanting to read somone who actually seems to like Will and also the pairing. There seems so many people interested in Jack/Elizabeth. This for me summed up everything I feel about Will, thanks.

"And yet people say they don't like him? He's noble, heroic, good leader, takes care of everyone, will do anything for the woman he loves, despite assumptions is actually pretty bright, and gets down off the rigging by slitting a sail with a bloody dagger-oh, and he looks like this. What's not to like? =)"
