Maybe have a list of ALL OF THE THINGS and a short list of a few things you can get done today?

I find setting a timer helps sometimes- 30 minutes of work, 10 minutes of break, rinse, repeat.

But productivity is tough!

Productivity for me comes in spurts - it just doesn't last long enough. I can have a super productive day or few days, but then it's followed by days of rest to recover from being 'Go-go-go' (mentally an physically).

Seeing as you and another below said to use a timer, I'm going to have to give that a shot. I find I ignored it before (lol) so we'll see how it goes, I guess.

And I think a bit "ALL THE THINGS" list and shorter lists for the week and then day may be the way to go. I'm worried that if I don't have a big "ALL THE THINGS" list I'll forget stuff, but then I don't do the stuff on the small list in favor of other things and then, well... the lists just grow. lol

My recommendation is always set a timer. Also set it for breaks. Especially for breaks.
