It wasn't so much hard as it was awkward, because I don't understand the relationship that A/A shippers see. I think it's a beautiful thing though, seeing a different side of these characters outside of the ship I'm accustomed to. It was an experience, one that I am very glad I did, even if it was just to prove a point.

I agree with you. Although I am a pretty hardcore A/A shipper, I don't go around bashing other ships. I just stay away from them and let the people who like them enjoy them. And I am certainly glad you did go and write a fic for this ship. Very well done! :)

I myself am a hardcore A/E shipper, so I understand the love for a pairing you adore. I detest when people use that as a reason to bash other ships and having someone say that other ships are wrong, is a terrible thing for a person to do. We each find our joy in different things and it should be supported, because our differences are beautiful.
