It was prompted in part by a very bizarre (but adorable) French film called "Crustacés et coquillages" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0428430/ I just watched, and partly by my flatmate wondering out loud what the Q in LGBTQ stood for.

And partly because I am in a very odd mood.
