I have a male cousin that says in 130 days he's went from 293 lb to 253 lb by just avoiding "carbs" whatever that is mind. Of course he's also stopped dropping most things he eats into a deep fryer.
And I'm saddened now, because I was going to visit him specifically so I could request his smoked and deep fried turkey. But that's out of the equation now... so it's like he's dead to me now.
Lesson Learned: If you have an unhealthy blood relative that cooks insanely unhealthy stuff that you'd like to sample on the freebie, then make arraignments to do so, SOON, before they either die or go on a health kick mind.
