today my dad listened to the offspring while washing the dishes. he then proceeded to play self esteem on the piano. what a strange man that philip is.

ok, so i lied. it's not a dying whale outside my window. it's a flesh-and-blood pigeon. bloody birds.

it's so hot out. i just went for a bike ride and didn't get very far, owing to my extreme out-of-shapeness and the heat. i am now dripping, which makes me sad because i don't want to take a shower. i guess i'll have to though. that's all.

i just got hired at border grill! everyone there seems really nice and i can now move out! this calls for a celebration. but maybe one without martini glasses.
