Good Luck......Stay in FL, at least till your done with your degree.... and don't fool yourselves - get a two or three bedroom and save the money of having 2 rents. You'll end up at one or the others apartment every night anyways. If you want to put up with it lasting, you have to put up with eachother 24-7 first for a few months.
