once again, i am baking bread. last time it didn't turn out right, the pastry flour didn't rise right and the bread was dense and hard. that doesn't mean that i didn't eat it but it does mean that i wasn't content with the quality. so today i bought real 100% whole wheat flour and the loaves have risen beautifully and now are baking to their hearts ( Read more... )
