If you aren't busy on 9-10 June, try visiting the rock and gem show at Kempton Park. On that weekend, there will also be a book fair and the same ticket gets you into both. I buy a lot of my materials there, and there is also an increasing amount of made-up jewellery, costing way less than it would at a shop--because these are the sorts of places
