Ok, you knowI can't really say anything about the weight thing. I understand to some extend, bc a lot of my friends go through it.. but that's about it. however from what I see and hear you are by far the most disciplined of my friends who want to lose weight. You go to the health club, you do your special food weeks/weekends, you at least try to eat right... You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. I think it's good that you try , but don't talk yourself down! And you are NOT fat! Jeez, what is wrong with you people? Sorry, but as someone who would like to have 10kg more... hell, at least 5 would be nice, I don't get it why everyone wants to be super thin? I believe there is one more thing you will need to realize: You cannot change everything in one blow. Accept the fact you will fail in the beginning. You'll be down, depressed or just hungry and will get cookies or some stuff of that. You'll most likely feel guilty for it. Don't! Every now and then it is OK. Consider it a break or a reward for staying true to your program over the last five days.
Start in small chunks and improve from there.
Humans are creatures based on habits. Trying to forcefully change them too radical can cause even more problems.

If for one try to stick with the LOGI program for eating. I don't have it completely down yet but my eating habits and what I actually eat changed to the better already. One step at a time. ^^

Good luck and keep it up.
