Today, with so much stress that's piled up during the week, I'm going to abandon the chore for today. I was going to move the living room furniture as much as possible and do some fine-tooth-comb vacuuming, but the space was vacuumed last week so I don't feel too bad for letting it go this week. It's really helping me with flexibility and I suspect with toning, though I haven't seen the results of that quite yet. (Or if I have, I can't tell, since it's my own body?)
