Today, with so much stress that's piled up during the week, I'm going to abandon the chore for today. I was going to move the living room furniture as much as possible and do some fine-tooth-comb vacuuming, but the space was vacuumed last week so I don't feel too bad for letting it go this week. ooohh let me know what you think of yoga! Some ppl get really into it, but I get bored way too easy.

I do enjoy yoga. There are many different styles, and I tend to prefer the slower, simpler movements, at least for now, but there are some that teach it more like an aerobics class. You can find some of those on Netflix, even. I'm not sure which one I watched, given that there are 82 pages of shows when you type in "yoga". *g* So I think it's just a question of trying out different instructors and routines until you can find one that you like. For you, I'd avoid the ones that are specifically centered on the spirituality of it, and the "mind" focused ones also tend to be pretty slow and quiet, but you might get into some of the yoga dance ones, or fat-burning and such.

It's really helping me with flexibility and I suspect with toning, though I haven't seen the results of that quite yet. (Or if I have, I can't tell, since it's my own body?)
