How I came to this world in which I live remains yet a mystery to me, though I can apparently will myself back to Middle Earth if I so choose. it is exhausting to do, and I am happy to stay in the modern world.
But I have family I wish to see back home. You are not the least amung them.
It is more than all right for you to contact me. For the first time since your mother's birth tears of joy escaped me when I saw your letter.
I am afraid my dear grandson that I know very little of your life. Your uncles have not been very forthcoming , they seem to have too many troubles of their own. By all means , feel free to tell me all of your life. The good and the bad , I wish to know it all.
If ever you feel ready to come home you will be most welcome here in Imladris.

I have acquired a horse farm which is a dream come true, for I am able to be near horses all hours of the day. It is a beautiful place, Grandmother. Not unlike Rivendell in its beauty.
