That was hilarious!!! Since I'm a personal trainer/nutritionist I know that loosing weight is all about eating moderately and exercise. I'm so sick of seeing "low carb" crap everywhere I go. I'm a firm believer in the "discipline" diet. Just friggin' don't eat crap. Or if you do eat some crap, don't eat a whole lot of it. None of this eating "fat free" or "low carb" or blah blah blah versions of food you shouldn't eat because that really doesn't help you alter your diet, which is what you *really* need to do if you want to lose weight. And yeah, exercise too. I'm working out 6 days a week now @_@ God, it's weird in retrospect.
