As of 2pm on Monday, I had my name legally and offically changed to Alyson Renee! I finished all my paperwork for school yesterday and about to send in for a new social security card. In a couple weeks I even get to go down to the Olympia DMV and get my new license(and get rid of the damn "M

Really? I'm not very good at changing what name I use to refer to people as; once I learn a name it gets stuck in my head XD Another person I know changed their name legally awhile ago and I still can't call him by his "new" name =P

I'm so happy for you! It took me 5 years to get my last name legally changed back to my maiden name after my divorce, so I know the relief of finally having a name of who you really are. It was great to see you and get a hug. We all miss you!
