Life is excellent, though busy. I took my ORELA test last Saturday, and I'm pretty sure I passed all the sections, including the math and science! Yay

Medieval knitting is much like modern knitting in the round. You just knit along from one needle to the other, making a tube. They used this technique to make pouches, gloves, mittens, and socks. Also trunkhose, but whoever made a full set of trunkhose by knitting it out of silk at a very fine gauge was insane.
