My daughter and I saw "Avatar" today. Completely predictable story (very "Dances with Wolves") but the effects were amazing, loved the music and I wish I could go to Pandora and be a Na'vi! *well...maybe not but they're pretty cool

Hey pumpkin! Oh we've missed you! *huggles* I've been fine, working hard have way too much on my plate but it's good. I don't get online much anymore either (still working late hours) so it's always good to see friends online. Are you still with the paper?

We did see Avatar in 3D and it was actually good that way. I thought that there would be all sorts of things sticking out of the screen but there wasn't. It was actually pretty subtle so it felt like you were in the world of Pandora. Very cool.

Was pretty good film- predictable as you say but amazing effects. Those blue people very COOL!

Oh yes, definitely see it in 3D! I'm going to be in Minneapolis for Christmas and then flying out to my house in PA. I am really trying to figure out a way to get to see you but I think my schedule is too tight. :(
