Not cool, people. *another kink vs. pedophilia rant, stay away if you're a crybaby
Alora thoughts on a subject that will be quickly driven into the ground:
Kink is kink. Pedophilia is illegal and sick. There's no blurred lines between these. End of story. I will judge judge ANYONE who gets their kicks off on a baby/child used as a sex toy. Let me be clear; I am not talking about 16 and 17 year old Jensen and Jared. I am talking about CHILDREN who have not hit puberty, cannot make adult decisions and should NEVER be involved in sexual situations. These people who want to place them in such positions need to be reported and put in jail because somehow child molesters or those who are seriously on the edge of becoming one have slipped into our fandom. And anyone who supports this under the 'freedom of kink and who are we judge' clause are seriously disturbed.
Now I love a good kink story. I read 'em, I write 'em. And while I personally don't think 15 year olds need to be involved in sexual practices, if someone wants to write about a first encounter at that age, I can't argue that it could be realistic, since let's face it, 15 year olds have sex. If the writing's good, I may even read it. And yeah I even read some dub/non-con sometimes (not about teenagers, just as a kink xD ), at least the ones about the characters and not the actors. I am squicked about very, very little.
But this prompt in particular was dealing with the RAPE of CHILD who was not only an adolescent, but Misha Collin's own son. Okay. We have parents in this fandom. I'm not one myself, but I personally know 3 or 4 who are excellent, brave, wonderful parents that themselves partake now and then in a good kink fic, and why not? It's fun. But what if someone wanted to write a fic with YOUR baby as a sextoy? I highly doubt you would be so supportive then. People get arrested for this kind of shit. And they should. My whole family is lawyers and anyone who thinks people who entertain these ideas, even in the glorious world of fiction is doing it under the pretense of being under a safe haven where everyone enjoys different things, is NAIVE AS HELL. You don't put a child age 7-13 into a porn fic. You don't make this child live a sex slave in training or whatever the hell. My family works hard to put people who take advantage of these kind of stories as fuel for their revolting desires behind bars. Please do not help them by writing graphic porn stories for them about my favorite actor's infant son.
