Prolog: The day of the Turkey

Back to your Wonder Bread and tap water. :P

Actually, it's well worth the trouble, since having this around really encourages us to cook more at home. It's really cool to know you can start something quick, reach into the freezer for a couple of cubes of something (this, or good chicken stock) and make the result taste amazing.

I'll probably put a bit in the crock pot tonight (or tomorrow morning) with a tri-tip and some onions to make one of the yummiest recipies I know.
