Ambar and I both wound up with an aggressive 24 hour stomach bug -- one right after the other. (That's how we knew it wasn't the dinner we both had.)

Remember to wash your hands and be careful out there. :)

Yep- got that Saturday night... spent 24 hours throwing up for distance.... i qualified for the Olympic team.
