„ Wonderful coincidence “

He is cold. His feet are numb and toes completely frozen as he's floundering through the white sheet of new-fallen snow on the ground. His bare fists are clenching deep in his pockets, nails digging into palms and his nose is burying into the soft material of his scarf, covering his face, leaving only eyes peeking out. He is shaking from head to toes and cursing the damn weather in his mind as the winter chill is piercing through the thin fabric of his clothes.

Hyukjae hates winter. He hates slipping on the ice and landing on the ground with his ass. He hates all those Christmas lights and cheap decorations everywhere he looks. He hates getting out of his cozy bed in a cold morning and he really hates walking through this park day by day after spending all day sitting in a cold office, freezing his ass off, smelling the yucky smell of heater and wondering if there's any justice in the world.

He hates all this. He doesn't want any of this. And the last thing he wants is to see some bunch of adolescent brats throwing snowballs at each other, laughing hysterically at their own stupidity and hoping deep down in his heart the ball won't hit him in the face.

All he wants is to be in the warmth of his home, sitting comfortably on a couch, wrapped in fluffy blanket, reading a book with cup of hot tea in his hands and continue to live his boring life in peace and silence. And just when he's imaginating himself opening the door of his apartment and walking in, it happens.

A snowball comes out of nowhere and hits him hard in his left eye. He doesn't even have a chance to register what's happening. One moment he's daydreaming about his sweet home and a second later he's gasping in shock and screaming in pain.

Everything goes blank as his eyes begin to water because of the unbearable pain and for a moment he thinks he's really blind. He has to remove his hands from his warm pockets and wipe the snow away from his face before he hears heavy footsteps approaching him and a pair of other hands touching his face, helping him to get rid of the cold snow.

''Oh my God! I'm so sorry!'' an unknown voice yelps in a shock and he is forced to open his eyes and meet the owner of those hands.

He has to blink a couple of times to clear a sudden blurred vision and then he sees him. A boy is standing in front of him and staring at him intensely, studying his face with hand claped over his mouth and eyes opened wide. His face is flushed, tip of his nose completely red from the winter chill. There are snowflakes in his black ruffled hair and a huge, white, fluffy earmuffs are covering his ears. He is young and charming, a youth is flashing from him and for a second Hyukjae wants to brush the snow of off his hair, kidnap the boy and spoil him like a little child but he has to remind himself to act upset.

''Are you okay?'' the boy asks worriedly after getting no response from Hyukjae.

''Yes, I'm perfectly fine. I almost went blind but that's nothing. Really.''

''I'm so sorry, sir. It was my fault.'' the boy sputters nervously. He puts his hand over his nape and smiles awkwardly. ''But, look on the bright side. Wasn't it refreshing?'' he looks at him with hopeful eyes.

''Yeah, just like a spring breeze.'' Hyukjae retorts and starts to walk away from the boy.

''I'm Donghae, by the way.'' the boy continues but Hyukjae just speeds up the pace and simply leaves the boy behind, ignoring his calls and excuses while cursing under his breath.

Weekend passes by and there he is again. Same time, same place. His steps are slow-pacing, feet too lazy to leave contact with the ground and his mind too busy teeming with random thoughts until...

''Hello.''

He stirrs and freezes in the place. Then he slowly, slowly turns his head as if he was scared of what he'll see and finally looks where the voice is coming from.

And when he sees that boy from yesterday sitting on a bench with those stupid earmuffs, waving him with dumb smile on his face he has to stop himself from cursing loudly and grabbing him by collar.

''You.'' Hyukjae says in disbelieve, coming with nothing better to say.

''Chill out, sir. I'm not going to throw another snowball at you.'' the boy stands up from the bench and approaches him slowly. ''I was waiting for you.'' he says casually as if they've known each other for years.

''Obviously. You like me that much?''

''You know, lately I've been thinking of what happened earlier and I felt really sorry for your eye.'' the boy continues, ignoring Hyukjae's sarcastic comment. ''And I kept thinking how to repay you because I caused you a serious physical injury and the only thing I came up with was to have some coffee together. I really feel like I owe you and I was raised to be polite, so shall we go?'' the boy babbles out at incredible speed and Hyukjae has to stare at him dumbfoundly, trying to absorb all those words he just said in one breath.

''Well, that's really nice of you but I have better things to do.'' Hyukjae tries to act cold, not willing to admit he would like to go with him. Then he turns his back to him, walking away once again but the boy stops him by grabbing his arm.

''Please, sir. I got no sleep at night because of you.'' he says in a childish manner while tilting his head to the side and Hyukjae is having a hard time trying not to squeeze him to death.

''I'd rather have a tea.'' he finds himself agreeing and smiling at the boy.

The boy brightens up at the answer and smiles back at him. ''It's my treat!'' he says cheerfully and begin to drag Hyukjae in unknown direction.

''Your name is Donghae, right?''

''You remember?''

''Yeah. Unfortunately.''

It was amazing how Donghae made him feel younger and made him feel warm.

''How old are you anyway?'' Hyukjae asks after hours of warm conversation, taking a sip from his tea blissfully.

''Does it matter? Age is just a number.'' Donghae says with playful smile on his face and sparkle in his eyes.

They joke, they laugh and before they notice the sky outside is dark and the lights are shining bright and they are standing outside neither of them willing to say goodbye.

''It was nice.'' Donghae breaks the silence after a while of staring at each other.

''Yeah, it was.''

''Bye, sir.'' the younger smiles at him.

''Bye.'' Hyukjae smiles back and starts to walk away slowly, hands in his pockets but suddenly he turns on his heel. ''Donghae!'' he shouts, making the younger turn to look at him with questioning look.

''Don't call me sir. I feel old.'' he frowns. ''I'm Hyukjae.''

Donghae smiles brightly and Hyukjae thinks he just saw the most beautiful smile in the world. ''Bye... Hyukjae.''

And with that Hyukjae leaves with a smile upon his face, his steps hard and steady, more confident this time and his head raised high. He doesn't mind the cold and he doesn't mind the lights because he knows they will guide him home.

''Eat that old man!''

Hyukjae immediately recognizes the familiar voice before a snowball hits his back hard. He gasps in a shock and turns around only to see a head with huge earmuffs peeking from behind a tree. Ofcourse it's nobody else than Donghae sticking his tongue out with thumb on his nose and fingers waving in the air like a little kid. He seriously can't get more cute.

Hyukjae has to smile at his childish behaviour until... ''What did you call me?'' he snaps as he recalls what happened just while ago.

''What? I didn't quite hear you old man!'' Donghae shouts emphasizing the two last words and puts his hand behind his ear, pretending he didn't hear.

''Yah! Come here you whippersnapper!''

An 'Oh shit!' look appears on Donghae's face when Hyukjae starts to run towards him. He tries to escape but fails and soon they collide and land on the ground.

They roll over and over for a while until they finally stop with Donghae lying on top of Hyukjae, both of them covered in snow, laughing and panting.

"I have snow in places I didn't even know I had." Hyukjae says, making them both burst into laughter but turn serious after a moment as they realize how close their faces are. And when their eyes meet Hyukjae gets this butterfly feeling in his stomach and what comes next causes his breath to hitch.

Reaching his hand to Hyukjae's face, Donghae strokes his cheek with his knuckles and his thumb gently caresses his hurt eyelid. "Is your eye okay?" he asks softly, almost in a whisper, his breath coming out as little clouds of fog.

"Yeah." Hyukjae breathes out, enjoying the softness of the other's touch.

"I'm sorry for hurting you."

"I know. You already apologized."

"I did."

"Can you get off of me? It's getting hard to breathe." Hyukjae says after deciding this conversation is going nowhere.

"Sorry." the younger mutters an excuse, standing up slowly and Hyukjae takes a chance to grab some snow from the ground and smack it against Donghae's head. Then he pushes his shoulders, shoving him to the ground and starts to run away while laughing at him.

"Hey! You wanna die?" Donghae yells while brushing the snow off of his head with one hand and pointing at Hyukjae with the other, making the older laugh even more.

He is reading a book and sipping his favourite tea like he always does on his day off until he's interrupted by hearing his ringtone.

"Hello." he mutters while rolling his eyes, obviously bothered by the sudden distraction.

"What's with that tone? And where have you been today? I was waiting for you in the park."

"Where the hell did you get my number?" Hyukjae sputters, surprised to hear Donghae's voice.

"The other day in café when you were in restroom. You left your cell phone on the table. And I was asking first!"

"What? This could be considered as a crime, you know that?"

"Just call the police. I'll use my super cute charm on them. Now answer my question!"

"Yeah, whatever. I have a day off."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"You weren't asking."

"Okay, forget it. I have a great plan! Meet me in thirty minutes at the ice rink."

"What? If you think I'm goint to-"

"Bye, Hyuk!" Donghae hangs up before Hyukjae has a chance to complain.

And Hyukjae can only drop the book on the floor and curse loudly. This is going to end really bad.

"I can't believe I let you drag me into this!" Hyukjae shakes his head in disbelieve while sitting on the bench with scared expression on his face, letting Donghae to lace his borrowed skates.

"And I can't believe you don't know how to skate." the younger says and ties Hyukjae's laces. "Okay, we're ready now." he stands up and puts his hands on his hips, waiting for Hyukjae to stand up but the older is just sitting there with a frown on his face and shaking his head from side to side. "Oh c'mon Hyuk, it's gonna be fun!" Donghae grabs him by arms and pulls him up.

As soon as Hyukjae stands up he lands all his weight on Donghae to catch the balance on his trembling feet and Donghae has to put his arm around Hyukjae's waist to keep him still.

Then they finally step forward, walking slowly to the rink and Donghae has to bite his lip to suppress a smile at the sight of Hyukjae walking as if he pooped in his pants.

Once they are standing on the ice Hyukjae clings on Donghae like a leech and hugs him tightly, not caring about all those people around them.

"Look, I know I'm irresistible and I like you too but please, let go of me and we can continue this later." Donghae teases the older and literally unglues him from himself.

"But I-"

"Don't worry, I'll teach you." Donghae puts his hands on Hyukjae's shoulders and gives him a convincing smile. "First relax and stand properly, straighten yourself and try not to fall." he releases Hyukjae's shoulders, letting him to stand on his own.

"Okay, that's easy." the younger states after seeing Hyukjae having no problems with it. "Now I'll push you forward and you have to keep the balance." he quickly gets behind Hyukjae and without warning pushes him hard, causing him to move forth at high speed.

Hyukjae, not expecting it at all starts waving his arms as if he wanted to fly up in the sky and yells at the top of his lungs. "I don't know how to st-" he doesn't have a chance to continue as he bumps into the barrier, smashing his face against the wall and bounces back, landing on the ice with his ass.

Donghae on the other hand is too busy laughing his ass off, tears in the corners of his eyes before he finally stands up and begin to skate towards Hyukjae. "If you find it hard to laugh at yourself, I would be happy to do it for you." he manages to say between his laughter when he approaches Hyukjae who is currently lying on the ice and rubbing his butt with hurt expression on his face.

"Shut up or I'll stifle you with those stupid earmuffs of yours! And help me to stand up!" he stretches his hand out and Donghae, who is struggling with laughter, grabs it and pulls him up.

"You did it on purpose!" Hyukjae shouts, absolutely convinced about it, shoving his finger in Donghae's face.

"I didn't know you're that clumsy." Donghae says and holds Hyukjae's face in both hands, palms on his flushed cheeks. "I'm sorry. Are you okay?" he asks, concern evident in his voice.

"Yeah, I guess." Hyukjae pouts, trying not to think about those soft hands touching his skin.

"Okay, let's try it once again."

"You won't smash me against the wall, will you?"

"No. I'll hold you this time." Donghae chuckles before holding Hyukjae's hips from behind and guiding him slowly forward in a steady pace.

"Okay, I got it." Hyukjae says as he can't help but to feel nervous about the close contact.

"Great! Now all you have to do is move your feet from side to side in a gliding motion. It's the same as roller skating. Just hold my hand and repeat after me." Donghae takes Hyukjae's hand in his and begin to skate in random direction pulling the older behind him.

Minutes pass by and soon Hyukjae is enjoying the sensation of sliding through the ice with Donghae holding his hand tightly. When he gets a little more confident he releases the hold and starts to skate on his own, leaving Donghae standing behind.

He had never thought that walking on a piece of ice with two metal knives attached to his feet could be this liberating. Hyukjae had to admit that ice skating wasn't that bad after all.

And as he is enjoying himself and feeling the air streaming into his face he gets startled when he feels a pair of arms sneaking around his waist from behind.

"You're awesome." Donghae whispers in his ear, making his heart race crazily. Then he floats away while smiling at him, his hair tousled by the wind, his body moving gracefully and Hyukjae can just watch him with admiring look on his face.

And before they realize and those few moments pass by, they are standing outside and grinning at each other goofily.

"It was fun." Donghae speaks after a while, grin still visible on his face.

"Yeah, it was. Thanks for dragging me here."

"No problem. And sorry for smashing you against the wall."

"It's okay." Hyukjae chuckles at the memory.

"Bye, Hyuk."

"Bye." Hyukjae says and stands there some more with satisfied smile on his face, watching Donghae walking away, disappearing slowly from his sight until... "Wait!" he shouts suddenly and rushes to catch up with Donghae. "I just thought maybe we could go to my house and-"

"Yeah, I would like to go."

Hyukjae smiles at the answer and grabs Donghae's arm, leading the way under dim lights of street lamps.

"Woah, it's so big here!" Donghae says in amazement, gazing around Hyukjae's apartment while taking off his jacket and tossing it on couch.

"Do you want something to drink?" Hyukjae calls from the kitchen.

"No, thanks." Donghae yells back, walking here and there around the living room and exploring every corner curiously, his hands touching everything he saw.

Hyukjae walks into the room and approaches Donghae who is currently sitting on the couch, going through some book with interest all over his face.

"It's been a while since someone was here." Hyukjae says, siting next to the younger.

"Living alone has to be awesome." Donghae puts the book aside and glances around the room again.

"Yeah, I can walk around naked whenever I want to. Not that I'm doing it." Hyukjae jokes, making the younger laugh softly in a responce, causing his heart to flutter in a random rhythm. But when he looks at Donghae a little more carefully it's his turn to laugh.

"What?" the latter makes a cute confused face.

"You still have your earmuffs on." Hyukjae chuckles, his hands raising to take the fluffy things off, his fingers brushing the strands of Donghae's messy black hair, his eyes observing the other's slightly flushed face. And before he knows he's hypnotized.

He finds himself staring at him intensely. Staring at his beautiful face, staring at his smooth skin and wondering what it'd be like to touch it, staring at his soft lips and wondering what it'd be like to kiss them, staring at those eyes, nose, hair.

And then he remembers. He remembers an unknown hands wiping the snow from his face. He remembers soft knuckles stroking his cheek and a thumb caressing his lid. He remembers warm hand holding his own tight. And he remembers a pair of arms wrapping around his waist and a sweet voice whispering in his ear.

And before he realizes it, before he can control it, his face is leaning forward, his brain refusing to restrain his actions, only his heart and maybe intuition taking control of his body. And as he is slowly, oh so slowly leaning in, too scared of what might happen next, he's surprised when he takes a glimpse of Donghae's eyes.

There's no shock in them but he sees a hunger. They are burning with pure lust and desire, craving for something. Craving for touch? Craving for love? Hyukjae can't say. But he doesn't have much time to figure it out because he knows Donghae is waiting. And he decides he can't wait anymore as he moves forward and finally closes that tiny, tiny gap of air between them, making their cold lips come into warm contact and their eyes shut close.

Donghae's lips were sending electricity through Hyukjae's body. He was paralyzed, intoxicated and dizzy. His head was whirling crazily, he could hear his own heartbeat, he could feel his pulse and blood rushing through his veins. Donghae benumbed all his senses and for a second he didn't know where's left and right. He didn't know where's north and south. He just knew he had never felt this way in his life.

And when Donghae dares to make the first move, his hands raising slowly, finding their way around Hyukjae's neck, fingers sneaking into hair, pulling him closer, harder against his mouth Hyukjae gets the confidence to deepen the kiss a little more and he has to remind himself not to rush.

But when Donghae lowers himself on the couch, pulling Hyukjae down with him and wraps his legs around the other's hips, creating a delicate friction between their groins it's all too much.

"Donghae." Hyukjae lets out a groan, not really sure what he wants to say.

"Fuck me. Now." the younger whispers against his lips and shoves his tongue into his mouth.

Hyukjae doesn't need to think twice. He quickly stands up with Donghae wrapped around his waist, his hands squeezing the younger's butt firmly and he leads their way to his bedroom, never breaking the kiss, bumping into furniture in a progress and making them laugh breathly between the kiss.

And soon clothes are flying in all directions, two bodies are pressing together, hands grabbing flesh, touching, scratching, caressing, lips moving across the skin, kissing, licking, teasing, teeth biting, moans escaping.

Hyukjae simply loved the way Donghae's body was reacting to his touch. Gripping hard on his hair, arching up his back, breathing out his name. He had never felt that wonderful. And he wanted to feel this way every day.

The first rays of mild winter sunlight peeking through the window coaxs Hyukjae's eyes open. Slowly he tilts his head to the side, looking at the empty spot beside him, last night still lingering in his mind, scenes replaying in his head like a movie.

He lazily slips out of his bed, accidently stepping on the clothes still forgotten on the floor, cold air ghosting over his naked body, giving him goosebumps and he puts on some clothes and walks in the living room like he always does.

There he sees Donghae, dressed in one of his shirts, standing in front of bookcase and reading titles of the books with head tilted to the side while tracing shelfs with his fingers. Hyukjae smiles at the sight and quietly tiptoes behind the boy, arms encircling his waist from behind.

"Morning." he whispers, his breath landing on Donghae's nape.

"You scared me." the younger stirrs but puts his hands on Hyukjae's, his thumbs stroking the flesh slightly.

"Mmm, you smell nice." Hyukjae takes a deep breath, his nose nuzzling Donghae's nape.

The younger turns his head to the side. "I took a shower."

"I like how you look in my clothes." Hyukjae, mumbles his lips pressing against the side of Donghae's neck.

"Hyuk?"

"Hmm." Hyukjae lets out a sound, too busy leaving kisses here and there on Donghae's neck.

"Have you read all of those books?"

"What's with you and books?" Hyukjae asks, sliding his tongue across Donghae's skin up to his ear.

"I just- Ahh." Donghae manages to say before a moan escapes his mouth as Hyukjae sucks his earlobe into his mouth lightly.

"You're so sensitive." Hyukjae chuckles against the other's ear, lips brushing the shell softly.

His hand then slips under Donghae's shirt, caressing the side of his torso, fingers moving slightly across the ribs, creating a tickling sensation. The other hand founds its way up to pull Donghae's collar down his shoulder while his lips are sending string of kisses along his neck, down to his now exposed shoulder, causing Donghae to let out a low moan.

"I love you, Hyuk." the younger breathes out the words, his voice weak and breathless, his body eager, longing for more touch.

Hyukjae freezes. He forgets to breathe. His heart maybe skips a beat. And for a second, just for a little moment he wonders. Is that for real? He doesn't know until he is drawn from his thoughts, the other's face flashing before his eyes like an illusion and a pair of lips landing on his own softly. Yes. Real, live and clear.

"I love you too, Hae." Hyukjae finally says, his lips forming the words against Donghae's, the fresh taste of minty toothpaste lingering on his tongue.

The room is quiet. Hyukjae is sitting on his couch, Donghae's head in his lap. His right hand is playing with Donghae's soft hair, twisting some strands around his finger while the other arm is lying across Donghae's chest, their fingers intertwined and Donghae's lips brushing lazily against the back of Hyukjae's hand.

They listen to the soft, intermittent gust of wind hitting against the window when Donghae lets out a content sigh, his warm breath ghosting over Hyukjae's hand.

"I love your couch. It's so comfy." Donghae says with blissful expression on his face. "Much better then the one we have at home."

"You couldn't care less about your couch after you've practically moved in here over the weeks." Hyukjae points out a little too sharply. "And you just hop in happily not even bothering to knock on my door."

Donghae shoots his eyes open. "Hey! It was just once and I had to pee!" he defends himself with a slight frown.

"Shh. You talk too much." Hyukjae says, moving his hand from Donghae's hair to his cheek.

"Hyukkie?" Donghae switches to his childish talking manner.

Hyukjae makes a sound at the back of his throat and strokes the other's cheek with his thumb.

"What would you like for Christmas?" asks Donghae suddenly.

Hyukjae chuckles at the question before bending down, leaning his face close to Donghae's. "I have you. That's all I need." he whispers and locks his lips with Donghae's in a slow kiss, leaving the younger with dazed expression on his face.

"So, where are the decorations?" Donghae asks, standing with hands on his hips and narrowing his eyes at the Christmas tree in front of him.

"I'll get them." Hyukjae says and leaves the room, coming back a moment later with two boxes in his hands which he places on the floor. "Here they are." he sits down beside them and begin to pull out the decorations one by one.

Donghae glances down at the content of one of the boxes and reaches into it, pulling out a tangled mess of lights. "How did they get like this?" he frowns and sits on the floor, putting the lights in his lap, trying to untangle them.

"The lights always get tangled. It's just a part of Christmas." Hyukjae chuckles as he continues pulling out the decorations.

"Not our lights." Donghae states. "Mum always makes sure to put them carefully back into their boxes."

"You should call her. You know, wish her Merry Christmas." Hyukjae suggests.

"Yeah, I should." Donghae agrees as he continues to work on the lights, frustration growing on his face but shakes his head after a while and hands the lights to Hyukjae with a pout.

The older manages to get the lights untangled with a triumphal look and minutes later they stand back to admire the result of their work.

"Merry Christmas, Hae." Hyukjae wraps his arm around Donghae's waist while watching dim lights of the tree lightening the room, creating tall shadows on the walls.

"Cut the crap." Donghae suddenly says with a smirk. "Now," he pulls himself close to Hyukjae and sneaks his hands around the other's neck, fingers pulling the hair slightly. "How about you fuck me under the Christmas tree?" he whispers teasingly and hangs his right leg on Hyukjae's hip before pulling the man into a kiss.

"Hyukkie!" Donghae squeals happily while grasping a glass of champagne in his hand and staggers across the living room, swaying his body from right to left, almost bumping into the Christmas tree.

"Put it away. You're drunk." Hyukjae says calmly, his eyes focused on the New Year's celebrations in TV.

"Drunk? I'm not drunk." Donghae giggles. "I'm fabulous!" he throws himself on the couch next to Hyukjae, spilling some champagne from the glass in a progress.

"That's great. Now put it away, Mr. Fabulous. I think you had enough." Hyukjae takes the glass away from Donghae's grasp, earning a cute pout from the younger boy and turns his gaze back to the TV, ignoring the whining boy next to him.

There's a silence before Donghae moves closer to Hyukjae, leaning his forehead against the other's neck. "Everything is moving, Hyukkie." he complains while frowning against the side of Hyukjae's neck.

"That's because you're fabulous." Hyukjae teases and doesn't resist to burry his hand in Donghae's hair, his fingers running through the soft locks, massaging the scalp gently.

"I love you, Hyukkie. I love you so much. Hae loves Hyukkie to death."

"I know. I love my baby too." Hyukjae says softly and sighs at the feeling of Donghae's eyelashes tickling his skin.

"Hyukkie?" the boy murmurs sleepily against the other's neck.

"Hmm." Hyukjae lets out a tiny sound.

"I think I'll puke." Donghae groans.

A 'Fuck!' slips from Hyukjae's mouth when he realizes what's going on. He quickly grabs Donghae and drags him to the bathroom but it's too late because the content of Donghae's stomach ends up on the floor in the middle of the living room.

"Damn, Donghae!" Hyukjae yells at the younger who is currently lying on the floor right next to what seems like their dinner with innocent expression on his face as if everything was absolutely fine. "What now?" Hyukjae asks himself helplessly, his hand scratching his nape. "Okay, let's clean you up." he decides, then grabs a hold of Donghae's legs and pulls on them, dragging his body across the floor when the boy suddenly laughs.

"What's so funny?" Hyukjae asks, obviously annoyed with the younger's behaviour.

"My body's moving on its own." Donghae mutters with a stupid grin, moving his arms in all directions comically. "How romantic." he giggles and lets himself be dragged along by Hyukjae.

The sight of Donghae lying on the bed, flat on his belly, face burried deep in the pillow and a memory of yesterday popping in his head is enough to make Hyukjae laugh quietly. He sits next to him and leaning down he blows in his ear softly until the boy stirrs and frowns.

"How's Mr. Fabulous today?" Hyukjae whispers against Donghae's ear but all he gets from the other is a groan. "You look like a rag." he chuckles as he looks at Donghae's position again.

"That's how I feel." the younger speaks finally, mumbling huskily against the pillow.

"It's called a hangover, babe." Hyukjae smiles as he reaches to brush some strands of hair behind Donghae's ear.

Blinking a few times Donghae finally opens his eyes. "I'm sorry, Hyuk." he says when his gaze meets Hyukjae's.

"For?" Hyukjae asks, his fingers still tangled in Donghae's hair.

"For being gross? I don't even know." Donghae groans as he rolls over to lie on his back.

"Yeah, it wasn't very nice to clean up the mess you did." Hyukjae admits. "But, it's okay. You were cute." he can't help but smile at the younger.

"Was I?" Donghae grins smugly and slowly wraps his arms around Hyukjae's neck, pulling him down to the bed.

"Yeah." Hyukjae whispers when his chest hits Donghae's. "Incredibly." he adds, his eyes constantly falling to look at Donghae's tempting lips.

"Can I kiss you now?" Donghae breathes out while fluttering his lashes rapidly.

"Do you really need to ask?" Hyukjae whispers back and slowly lets his lips meet Donghae's in a deep kiss.

The younger doesn't hesitate as he rolls on top of Hyukjae, their lips still clinging to each other and pulls away after few moments, opening his eyes slowly. "Did I ever say I love you?" Donghae wonders, his voice low and smooth.

"You did." Hyukjae answers, dazed from the kiss.

"I thought so." Donghae smiles and lowers his head on Hyukjae's chest, his fingers drawing random shapes there.

And then Hyukjae's arms embrace Donghae, his hands meeting on the other's back and with a content sigh he turns his gaze to window and watches.

He watches those lazy snowflakes drifting in the wind and imagines how they're slowly descending on the hard, moist ground. And as he watches how the winter time goes slowly by a few memories refresh his mind. Memories of silly boy with earmuffs who stole his heart not long ago.

Whether it was coincidence or destiny? He doesn't care. Because the other gave him what he missed the most. He gave him that wonderful feeling called love.
