How strange can it get?
Geez. After midnight. I should really try to go to sleep, but it's been so strange - I'm hearing weird noises out in the street. I looked out at one point, and saw a bunch of -neighbors, maybe?- kind of shuffling down the road. I wonder if georgette_b and her honey threw a big party? (And didn't invite us!) Actually, I really wouldn't think they'd have a big drunken brawl like that, on a Thursday, anyway! I don't know where you'd dig up these folks!!
The darn cable went out this evening - stupid Comcast anyway, we really should get satellite - I was watching the late news and they'd just mentioned something about some strange 911 calls from the local hospitals, and then it goes off, right as they start talking about it - sounded like some problem with bodies? WTF? At least my internet still works - I think, I'll know when I try to send this, I guess! :-D
Man - I think every dog in the neighborhood is barking its head off. There's not a full moon yet, maybe it was the nice weather this afternoon. Even the bird is restless - he's been squawking even though his cage has been covered for hours. I don't know what's going on. I wonder if there's a wreck on the freeway - after midnight and there's been honking and screeching tires, and then that sound of trucks idling. But no sirens, though I heard lots of those earlier. I suppose the weekend get-out-of-town traffic jam starts earlier every week!
I'm going to go check the back yard, I'm afraid one of those drunks might be messing with Chuck's shop. I don't want to wake Chuck up since he has to work tomorrow, I'll have to chase them off myself. :-( And then to sleep, no matter what!
