Why I just can't get into C#

So I've been learning C# in the last couple of days since we're trying to do a database change and many of our tools are written in C#. It's an interesting language - reminds me a lot of Java. But there is one minor problem with it that just makes the language hard to really like for me

It could be worse. You could have a graphics class that dealt a lot with the Region class, then you'd have both "private Region" and "pubic Region" methods.
