Anyone on Comcast?

My home cable internet service went down this morning. I called Comcast and they scheduled a tech to visit. I also noticed this announcement on the "network health" section at the very bottom of the help page

Service came back of its own accord around 9pm. (Just in time for sim.)

No problems lately, but last fall or so they told us that the reason we had a lack of reception on the downstairs TVs was probably because someone was stealing our cable, and then showed no interest in doing anything about this. I have not heard better of any of their local competitors, though.

Service went down again this morning. The cable guy who came today says that our signal is weak. But, he couldn't get into the basement today where the cable box is...
