And by "it" I mean your mind. And when you do, it's amazing what can be accomplished. Today is a prime example.

Yesterday I went grocery shopping with jarlina. I actually had a list made and followed it. and then we headed to her house for gaming. We played the new One Ring game. I got home from the festivities at 12:30 AM, and stayed up to put

I had a blast! The concert was fantastic! Someone described is as "Spiritual Pink Floyd". I don't know about that as I've never been to a Pink Floyd concert, but the slow moving laser lights were very pretty, mesmerizing, and relaxing and the chanting in various languages to soft rock guitar music (and one song was Blues) was quite moving. I could feel my heart rate go down and my hands felt like they were humming as my energy built up. I got lots of compliments on my costume at church. It was fun going in costume and seeing my ministers as a dashing Dracula and and an angel. Neither my costume or my chili won any prizes, but my friend Brenda said that she heard lots of people saying both (I told her which chili was mine after the fact) should have won. I know I won in the best way, though, because I did it and I had fun in the process.
