Haven't seen "Inception" yet. Still mulling, for when I get the chance. It all sounds like Zelazny's "The Dream Master" but less interesting. The reviewer in my home paper did a hilarious review complete with footnotes to represent the multiple simultaneous levels of commentary, which boiled down to "unduly complicated response to problem, Triad hitman cheaper and safer."

Yes, "Inception" was overly complicated, but it made an interesting story, and it managed to be consistent enough that I can suspend my disbelief - your mileage may vary ;-)

Hugo would argue with your last statement, but they are definitely exceptionally cute.
