Why do we never update Elphir's journal with this?

We lost the serial killer we were keeping in the cells. All his guards were killed and apparently something drank their blood. There's something to think about.

Elphir continues to try and get me to kill him myself in between changing his mind and trying to be affectionate. Am wondering if I should just start drugging his food.
