Original Request:
Has there been a change in coding? I can't look at my support requests without logging in, even when I've got the auth code attached to the end.
I currently have 3 open support requests:

824053 (facebook beacon privacy issues: 7 days)
824444 (unsearchable interest terms: 6 days)

Due to recent change in how security is handled for Support requests, if you submit a request as a logged-in user, the code checks whether the user viewing the request is the user who submitted it. If they are, they can comment on / view the request; otherwise, they can't, even with the auth code.
If you want to be able to share the official answers, you *must* submit support requests when *not logged in.* Possibly they must be submitted from a separate email account from your LJ, but probably not; some people use one email for several accounts.
