Back in the early 80's I was working at Advanced Micro Devices as a security guard. There was one lobby that doubled as the paging unit. We often got pages for a Mike Huntiches to call some particular number till the girl at the desk realized what she was saying...

"Defeating the Erisians" is not what we consider a major accomplishment. Especially since Erisian efforts tend to be horribly disorganized, unfocused, and generally manage to defeat themselves. You don't get awards for it. (Hmmm. Maybe I should fix that. "Purple Chao Award, granted to ______ for astute and/or versatile greyfacery in the presence of extreme Discordian antics. This certificate bestowed in honor of the demolition of Erisian efforts on the day of Sweetmorn/Boomtime/Pungenday/Prickle-Prickle/Setting Orange, in the season of C/D/C/B/A in the Year of Our Lady 31___." Think I could sell 'em in packs of 50?)

Greyfacery awards would be awesome. Well, in a certain ironic context, they would be. :)
