I'm rewriting that one, too, to put the scenes back in I had to leave out and some new ones I've written, so I'm not sure how long it's going to take me, but as soon as it's finished and sent to the publisher I'll post here again.

So the third book that was originally planned is now in books one and two? Am I understanding correctly? I want to go home RIGHT NOW and start reading!

No. Sorry! Book Three is still what happens after the end of Book Two, there was just a lot of flashbacks and focus on events and characters in it that really slowed things up just because they didn't fit chronologically there. For example, a past scene where Freyadis got grabbed by marshalmen when he was drinking in Lograil which felt wrong to include in Book Three because he had undergone character growth so it felt a bit jarring being in there, whereas I felt it worked as a flashback in Book One where he's still hitting the taverns. I am trying to get Book Two rewritten as fast as possible so I can get Book Three out. I know people have been very patient about waiting all this time.

I bought it a LOOOOONG time ago, but I bought it via.... Sandaras? Or something like that. I can afford $4.99 though! I hit the buy-with-one-click and its now sitting on my KindleFire waiting for me to get home tonight! I'm so excited, it's going to be wonderful to re-visit these wonderful characters, especially since there's MORE to read!

Oh, yeah. YEAH!!!!

Thank you so much for buying it again. That's so sweet of you, Deej. I feel bad that people are having to pay for it twice. I'm going to put the new beginning up on A03 so people can see if it's their kind of thing before they put out any money for it. I'll try to do that tomorrow. (Love your Matt Bomer icon. That man is ridiculously pretty.)

Is this the same e-book edition that was released a couple of years ago by Solidus or is this another edition, beyond the first e-book edition?

Hee 2nd E edition now on kindle!! should keep me busy for the bank holiday weekend :)
It took a while to find on Amazon UK as searching your name only produced the 2 print books and 2013 ebook I ended up following link back from USA site

Delighted to hear from you once again. We have missed you.

All this talk of e-books has me a little confused. I have the first two books in hard copy, and I don't do e-books. So will I now be missing part of the story?
