Cool! You'll have to check the applesauce for cornsyrup or whatnot, of course, and stuff like that. But it can be done all-natural. You can even soak and cook the dry beans :)
Oh yea I've already stocked up on soy/wheat/corn free applesauce (I use it as my egg sub in most recipes) and baking powder and vinegar. Those seem to be the 3 biggest places I've found I actually used corn in my cooking.
