Sadly, that isn't true, but it is the situation. There isn't power at my apartment because my roommate payed the bill late. (It's a long, involved story why that was the final straw.) We aren't going to have power until at least Thursday!!!!!!!! Normally I would have paid it but for two things. First, the bill is almost $400 to get it turned ( Read more... )

That sounds hideous. I hate ants in the house (they can do what they want outside, but inside they're INVADERS! It may be time use the strategy "be nice to me or I'll put you in my novel"...and make your roomie a character. Although maybe not while you still have to live with each other?

At any rate, I hope things get better soon.

I am not ignoring you. It has been all I can do to keep up with my wordcount for Autumnwrite and NaNo Warm-up from another site.

As for the apartment situation, I am working on it. I am moving out during October/November 1. I just cannot take this anymore. The ant problem has been solved, thanks to multiple phone calls with the office to talk to pest-control.

Autumnwrite and the rest of the challenges I take on do very well to motivate me to write more. I seem to need a challenge ofr deadline to make me write.

No worries. ^^ I didn't think you were. Good luck, though! I doubt I'll be able to do NaNo. Bad timing. Sadly. But I may still try to push myself like that with one of my novels. Actually, maybe I'll do it after all, for my YA horror story. Hm. Yeah... If I fail, at least I get it started, lol.

Glad the ant problem is better, but good luck working all of that out. How frustrating. x_x *hugs*
