I don't feel good...:-(

Well, my fever is gone, so that's good news. But my stomach still isn't cooperating. For lunch today I had a few spoonfulls of dry Rice Krispies and some apple juice. Right now I have no desire to eat anything that was raised on a farm with the exception of fruit, maybe. To think last night I was craving a steak. Andrew actually fixed eggs and ( Read more... )

chris rock really bugged me last night...iv liked him everywhere else that Iv seen him, but i think with some of the things like Jude Law he went too far...and I agree with you about Beyonce too...i mean seriously, Josh Groban has a killer voice, why did they change it to a duet (granted, it was still a pretty song, but un-neccessary)I could go on for a while...i see a long entry in my future

I think the duet was nice. Did Groban do the song by himself at first? I was actually surprised their voices went well.
I had forgotten about Rock's whole comment about Gwyneth (sp?) Paltrow being the first person to breat feed an apple. How tacky!

I wish Clive Owen would have gotten it for Closer, He was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. But finding neverland got best score even though I really wanted harry potter. But I'll be happy none the less. It was sort of weird how Sean Penn took it so seriously though, I mean its not like people were going to stop seeing Jude Law or his career was going to be hurt from Chris Rock. I mean its not like he was in four+ horrible movies, he was in 4 really good ones, I heart Huckabees, Alfie, Sky Captain, and Closer. And one more... But personally, I feel chris rock did alot to make the oscars more fun. I mean when you ask Chris Rock to do the oscar's its like asking hiring a party clown or a david spade comedy. It looks good on paper. (props to tina fey...) But my favorite Chris rock moment was when he introduced Selma Hayak and Penelope Cruz as the foursome. It took a while for it to sink in but i laughed through out there entire speech. I wish they would have had a longer Brando tribute. Overall though, I was disappointed. And Kathy Griffith on ( ... )

I agree about the Brando tribute. They had a long one for Carson (which was due him I think) but not as much as Brando. With the impact that he had on acting in general, Brando should have gotten a lot more than just a few extra film clips. I don't think Chris Rock was the most horrible host in history. He did well. I don't remember what Letterman did that made everyone think he botched it. I just think some of the things he said were tacky. I forgot that Kathy Griffith was going to be on the red carpet. I think I would choose Joan Rivers over her too. But not Star Jones (if she did it. I thought she did. Maybe I'm thinking of something else). Actually, I think I might. I'm not a big Kathy Griffith fan.
