Pooh-Toe
Here at work we've all become fond of a particular slang word in Spanish - puto. It means different things to different Spanish cultures but it basically means "gigolo". It could be an insult or a complement, depending on how you look at it.
The reason it has become amusing is because there's a guy here from Louisiana, Beeker, who says it with this exaggerated southern accent and it irritates the hell out of this other guy. The irate guy says that not only is this a "bad word" (he's in Opus Dei, what do you expect?) but he doesn't like the "homosexual tone" being used.
Now we all pronounce it that way.
