And then everything changed

Mar 25, 2008 10:28

When I asked for time off last week to go to the doctor with the dyta93 yesterday, I should have been more suspicious that it was so easy to get it. I should have suspected something when I heard that work couldn't afford raw materials to run a second shift last week. I was the eyes and ears of the company, I had all the signs before me. Maybe I was in ( Read more... )

What a beautiful post.

I have been so awful with regard to mailing you the equipment you asked for. A lot of things fell by the wayside for me since things got so insane in November. I am still cleaning things up. I assure you, the equipment is still waiting to be packed and shipped.

Looks like you'll have some music to make!!

Thanks for being so awesome, always.

I completely forgot about that!

I've been practicing more and more lately, maybe now it the time for me to feed that part of my personality.

I hope I can still afford that stuff. :P

Let me know via email what's up so I can sell some crap to pay you.

I seriously owe you the negligence discount. Tell me if and what you can afford and we'll go from there. :)

Well, the reverb unit is definitely a luxury item. I'll have to back out of that one. The D4 I'm still interested in and I'll give you what you were asking for.

Congratulations on the adaptation and lack of fear. That's no mean feat.

(This is temporary anyway.)

Enjoy the mini vacation :)

I must first say Congratulations on finding out that you are going to be the Father of a Daughter.

(Later, you and your wife, should talk to me about my theories regarding the unnaturally high rate of female offspring born to Thelemic parents, it's a hoot!)

I must also say congratulations to (one of) your Victories over Coronzon. Now you have defeated (temporarily) the need to psychically manifest at work to collect the Disks of Malkuth. Unemployment is very easy to get when you've been rif'd and you certainly know how to make the wheels of Malkuth run smoothly in your favor.

:D

If he wasn't, I'd still be sitting at the desk, like a slave, with 10% less pay.
