CRAP! I had that too - a really annoying downstairs neighbor who expected me to basically lie down on the floor or something. I think she went insane and moved out of the complex eventually. Lovely cappy hill.

Typically yes but we have brand-new managers in the building now, plus I have never had to deal with anything this major before. I hope they don't have to rip out the walls or anything.
