Malpractice.Knowing well that my grandfather's doctor has always been a rather incompetent, self-serving moron, I also now feel that he played a role in a series of mishaps leading to papaw's death. Maybe the ulcer was some horrible side effect from the drugs they were giving him?

I hope you and your uncle can find some way of dealing with this. I know it won't bring him back. I'm really sorry to hear that you have to go through all of this. Death is difficult enough without potential malpractice.

It wouldn't surprise me the ulcer was caused by the medicine. It's stories like these that make me want to become the doctor because there are so many incompetent people in the field. I wish you the best.
