I got a silver Mitsubishi Eclipse '04 yesterday. I fell in love with it even though it's a manual.
I've never driven a stick shift.
There is no warranty provided for the clutch.

Learning manual is super easy, you'll have it down in a week or so. The only hard part is learning how to get moving, and getting in the habit of using parking breaks.
